WCR Incorporated is an American heat exchanger manufacturer headquartered in Fairborn, Ohio. WCR has satellite offices worldwide, with seven additional locations in the United States. WCR began as West Coast Re-gasketing in 1980, performing service and maintenance on heat exchanger plates for other OEM models. WCR has grown to develop our own line of WCR-branded Heat Exchangers that directly compete with original manufacturers. WCR harvested the knowledge of over 30 years in the industry to create products that surpass the competition in quality and customer service. WCR engineers custom heat exchanger solutions to optimize heat transfer performance.
WCR Inc. is still a leading global producer of new replacement plate and gaskets for all brands and models of plate heat exchangers. At our pressing facility in Washington Courthouse, Ohio, WCR manufactures and stocks OEM-quality specified plates and gaskets for Alfa Laval, Tranter, GEA, APV, Mueller, Chester Jensen, Schmidt-Bretten (API), Cherry-Burrell, ITT, and Vicarb. Example plate materials are Stainless Steel (SS304, SS316), Hastelloy, Nickel, SMO254, and Titanium. For your gasket requirements, WCR carries over 200,000 gaskets in NBR (Nitrile), HNBR, EPDM (Butyl), Neoprene, Hypalon, and Viton®. FDA variations of NBR and EPDM are available.
WCR-branded line heat transfer equipment includes tube & shell, brazed, block welded, plate & shell, and plate (& frame) heat exchangers. WCR custom manufactures plate coils (immersion plates); spanner wrenches & inserts are available.
WCR Service is unmatched in the industry. We handle ALL your heat exchanger needs. Our Full Service includes pre-cleaning, powder blasting, chemical cleaning, 100% dye-testing, leak detection, repair, re-gasketing, and hydro-testing. WCR is your single resource, providing replacement parts in the case your heat exchanger plates or gaskets fail. We go beyond the standard providing customers with on-site assistance and complimentary inventory control management. For emergencies, WCR Service is on call 24 hours a day.
